Ok so here is what I got done out of the workout last night:
Used my 18lb KB
squats 15 reps, 3 sets
wall squats 5 reps, 3 sets
2 hand swings 15 reps 3 sets
1 hand swings 10 reps per hand 2 sets
back stretch
I started in on the last sets of presses but my back was pinching on [...]
