So this weekend Will and I went back to John’s for a session. It was the first time I have really worked out as you know since that cold. John took it “easy” on me but I sure feeling it.
We started out with some squats, just to get warmed up and then got into swings and presses. I used a 12 lb KB most of the time. The fun part was doing snatches and reverse presses. It is good to be “back”.
