Last Weeks Workout
A little late but here is the workout I did a few times last week, things have been busy with Halloween, potlucks and traveling to see family.
With my 18 lb KB, I went back and did a variation of the starter workout John gave us.

Doing my Homework
Ok so here is what I got done out of the workout last night:
Used my 18lb KB
squats 15 reps, 3 sets
wall squats 5 reps, 3 sets
2 hand swings 15 reps 3 sets
1 hand swings 10 reps per hand 2 sets
back stretch

Day 4: Squats!!
Well after a stomach bug layed me up last week it took a few days to feel human again, thank goodness for Gatorade and bland food is all I am going to say. Last night I finally had enough get up and go to do some weights and I finally added in some squats!
