Day 2: Upper Body

Well, since I maxed out my quad muscles yesterday tonight I did some basic upper body freeweights with 10 lb dumbbells.
My workout was as fallows:
2×12 Bicep Curls
2×12 Overhead Press
2×12 Upright Row
2X12 Bentover Row, each side
3×12 Standing Triceps Extension with both hands
It is not a lot but hopefully enough to make me a little achy tomorrow.
