Wall Squats 10 reps, 2 set
1 min interval swing, switching hands (10 lb kb)
Presses 15 reps, 1 set each side (18 lb)

Presses 15 reps, 3 sets each side (18 lb KB, need more weight!)
Squats 10 reps, 2 sets w/ no KB just for form
One handed swings, 1 min intervals (10 lb KB), two intervals switching hands about every 1/4 min

Ok so here is what I got done out of the workout last night:
Used my 18lb KB
squats 15 reps, 3 sets
wall squats 5 reps, 3 sets
2 hand swings 15 reps 3 sets
1 hand swings 10 reps per hand 2 sets

Not Enough Reps
Well today I am not even a bit achy in the arms, more reps are definitly needed. Tonight I am going to try 3×12 for everything and see how that goes.
