The Every Evolving List:
-Workout 5 times a week, any combo of weights, swimming, etc
-Workout 30-60 min per day total
-Drink my water, I just keep my Sigg bottle at my desk and sip at will, refilling when empty from the tap
-Cut the red meat out of my diet
-Make veggies the main part of my meals
-Make breakfast
-Get up earlier, this works for/with the breakfast thing and is the harder part of the deal
